05 / About ZAINCA

A studio for
water and site.

ZAINCA Enterprises is a turn-key contractor for swimming pools and fountains, working alongside architects and designers from first concept through to handover. For more than ten years the studio has carried projects across corporate, hospitality, farmhouse and residential sites — engineering, construction and finish held under one roof rather than passed between contractors.

The scope runs wider than water: MEP, electrical, HVAC, fire fighting, STP and LPG infrastructure are handled by the same team, so a pool is never an isolated add-on but one part of a fully resolved site. Work is currently underway across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh, Ranchi, Patna, Goa and Hyderabad.
